North Wash Boat Ramp FAQs

North Wash Boat Take Out Construction Updates

Construction is underway at the North Wash boat take out, the primary takeout for Cataract Canyon. Completion is expected at the end of May.

Construction Update — May 13, 2026

Because of delays with freight and delivery of the articulating block mat, the ramp is still nearly complete. Due to the lack of safety barriers and the length and slope of the ramp, vehicles are not allowed to access the ramp until the installation is complete. Until then, you can carry out your own watercraft at your own risk. We appreciate your patience and will provide an update ASAP.

Vehicles are not allowed on the ramp at this time. Boats may be carried out manually at your own risk.
