National Trails Day 2025 Hosted By Mountain Trails Foundation

Join the Mountain Trails Crew and dig with us on June 7th to celebrate National Trails Day.

For the first time, we’ll host two events!

In Round Valley, we’ll be hosting 60 people and working on the Elk’s trails. In Empire Canyon, we’ll be hosting 30 people and building a new hiking trail. Both projects will benefit the entire system and offer lots of productive and engaging work for volunteers!

The schedule for the day will be as follows:

8:00 – 8:30am – Meet up and check-in. Enjoy bagels from Wasatch Bagel and Coffee from Silver King

8:30 – 9:00am – Safety talk and hike to work site

9:00 – 12:00pm – Trail work

12:30pm – Lunch

Waivers are required every year for each participant and must be filled out beforehand.
