Salt Lake County Parks & Recreation to Host Grand Opening of Lodestone XC Bike Park

Salt Lake County Parks & Recreation, in partnership with Trails Utah, invites the public to the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the Lodestone Cross-Country Bike Park—a purpose-built mountain biking destination in the heart of Kearns.

The new park features multiple cross-country loops for riders of all skill levels, including adaptive mountain bike trails designed with input from Wasatch Adaptive Sports to ensure inclusive access for all.

Project partners include Salt Lake County Parks & Recreation, Wasatch Adaptive Sports, and the West Granite Composite Mountain Bike Team, who—alongside community volunteers—contributed a combined 308 volunteer hours to help build and shape the park’s trail network.
