Weber State University Youth Mountain Bike Camp

Mountain biking is the fastest-growing youth sport in America, and Utah has the largest number of young riders in the country. Participants will learn about bike maintenance and technical mountain bike riding. To make sure participants are ready for the trail, they will also learn basic wilderness first aid. Exercise physiologists and dietitians will join us to help talk about sports performance for training before and on race day. Our participants will work with WSU college students and faculty to enhance their leadership skills. Lunch is included and full scholarships are available.
